Couldn't pay my EMI's on time due to Health Issues

Actually I have a pending personal loan in India I wasn’t able to pay the EMIs on time so bank has sent several notices
I would like to settle the loan in near future but I’m unable to pay for now
The loan is not that big it’s under 3.5 lakhs
I just wanted to know that I can travel back and forth to India without having any travelling issues?
