Consultation for money recovery issue

Hello sirnI gave 30000 to my friend as a help in last few months but she is still not returning my money back and not responding, i have all payment proof and other extra that will show that she took money and she has money now but not returningnPlease help me to recover my money

You can file a suit for recovery of money in civil court. kindly provide the details of the proof that you have. we can first try to mediate with her to return back the money a legal notice will be sent to her at her residence. If the matter not resolved then we can file a case for recovery of money.
