Complaint Against HaaNaa for Unfair Event Closure and Non-Responsive S

I invested ₹37,000+ in a live opinion trading event on the HaaNaa app. While the match was still ongoing, HaaNaa closed the event early, denying me a chance to exit — even though I was about to make a profit of ₹10,000. I raised a complaint in the app, and the support team asked for 2 days. After that, they continue to delay, saying they are waiting for a “technical team update.” This incident has affected many users. Moreover, I currently have ₹5,00,000+ in my HaaNaa wallet. Fear if complain.

I suggest you to file a complaint before the jurisdictional police station at earliest. This is most certainly a cyber fraud. As you have invested a considerable amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-, registration of a complaint / FIR would enable the Police authorities to initiate an investigation into the matter. We can assist you for filing a complaint.
