At the time of our marriage, gold and silver items were agreed to be given to me. Some were handed over but still some gold and silver items are still with my in-laws. Despite repeated requests, they are refusing to return them.I want to send a legal notice to recover my Streedhan.

Streedhan is a woman’s absolute property under the law, and any items—whether gold, silver, cash, or gifts—given to you before, during, or after marriage are legally recognized as your exclusive property. If your in-laws are unlawfully retaining any part of your Streedhan despite repeated requests, you have full legal rights to reclaim it.We can begin by issuing a formal legal notice to them, demanding the return of the Streedhan items currently in their possession. If they fail to comply, we may proceed with appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings under relevant provisions of law.

After that, they continue to delay, saying they are waiting for a “technical team update.”This incident has affected many users. Moreover, I currently have ₹5,00,000+ in my HaaNaa wallet. I suggest you to file a complaint before the jurisdictional police station at earliest. This is most certainly a cyber fraud. As you have invested a considerable amount of Rs. 5,00,000/-, registration of a complaint / FIR would enable the Police authorities to initiate an investigation into the matter. Q: Cheque bounce case currently under summons stage.

Hello team,I have given around 12L amount to my relative where 3L through online transaction and remaining 9L through cash by withdrawing from my credit card and she cheated now . Currently Cheque bounce case is under Summons stage but my worry is what if the accused comes after warrant issued and say some other issues,As i have given through cash how to defend the same in court for my total amount of 15L opposite party have defaulted.

The credit card statement will show that you have withdrawn 9 Lakhs. Moreover, issuance of cheque itself shows that the person is liable to pay you and the same will corroborate with your credit card statement. If the case is represented properly, you will get the appropriate order from the Court.
