Company not giving my payment from 6 months

A company is not making payments to me for the professional services i provided. More than 6 months now

You have to first send them a legal notice for the pending payment of your professional work for the period of six months. If they do not pay for pending fees, you have to file a recovery suit against the company. Court will issue appropriate order.
