Company is asking me for bond amount. Company did not pay last salary

I signed service agreement of 75000 for joining company for 1 year but I have resigned that company before completing 1 year. Moreover, I did not get my last month salary and they are asking me for rupees 43558. So, can company sue me and drag me in the court Or not? They spent nothing on me but gave me only training for 20 days. Please let me know.

Hello Sir. This is Adv. Shrikant. Just a few days days back, I prepared a Email for my client who was facing a similar issue from his old company, which contained the basic legal points, why the company had no case and etc. Ultimately one Email resolved the whole issue. Further after Email, a legal Notice could also be sent. Feel free to contact for further queries. Regards.
