Clarification of Credit Card payment


27-Dec-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I got a message from a legal firm stating that "Standard Chartered Bank Conciliation Hearing on 2025-12-27 at 12 PM to 4 PM. Final chance to settle. Join: Mentioned link | Pay: Mentioned link" My financial condition is still not good to pay this balance so what if I will not join the Hearing on 27th Dec. I am willing to pay however not now once in 3-4 months when I will be stable with financial. Is this a true Hearing or fake hearing? Please advise. Thank you so much!

Hi there, it's a conciliation hearing so you should join it and explain your current situation to the bank executives. If you avoid the hearing they may mark the conciliation as a failure and may also pass an ex-parte order against you which ultimately will increase your troubles. However, it's advisable to attend the meeting along with an advocate/advisor, who can deal with bank employees better. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

If the case is in the court the you must hire an advocate to file your reply n get it transferred in mediation Center ! Kindly brim touch to execute your case n do legalities to get you time in a legal way else court may pass decree against you
