What is the immediate action of court when accused attend the court proceedings after NBW is issued, accept and ready to pay the cheque amount?

Hello sir / madam, NBW is usually issued when you don’t attend court and Exemption petition is also not filed by your lawyer. NBW will be recalled on application by your lawyer when you attend court.
