Cheated by Institute In Noida Not returning Initial fee

I got cheated by one institute (IMTS) in Noida, They initially charged 5K fee and said you got admission in university, But after 3-4 months they didn't give me books and enrollment number. After so many followups they told me that (after shared the exam scheduled), we cant give you admission in university.and Now they even denying to give me money back.
You can send them a legal notice demanding the payment of the same, if they still deny/ignore the said notice then you can file a civil suit for recovery in the jurisdictional civil court, or you can file a complaint in the police station.
