I took a personal bank loan of amount 8 lakhs and paid that off and close it.
After sometime, I took personal loan of 21 lakh and paid back around 5 lakhs out of 21 lakhs.
On the remaining 16 lakhs bank offered me a top-up of 7 lakhs which I took so my total loan amount become 23 lakhs.
As I was paying this loan and paid back 3 installments.
I have to move to another country. I lost my job and earning could not pay back anything. I recently came to know that there I have a court case on my name
