Hi, you can try to talk to them to settle your loan. They might not immediately agree but if you show them your reasons, they might just agree to close your loan account at a small amount which can be paid by you.

Record details of every harassing call, visit, or message, including dates, times, caller numbers, and content—RBI allows recovery contacts only between 7 AM and 7 PM. Save screenshots, audio recordings (if legal in your state), and witness statements. This evidence strengthens complaints to police, banks, or courts. File a First Information Report (FIR) at your local police station under IPC Sections 503/506 for criminal intimidation if threats involve harm or coercion. No prior bank complaint needed for severe cases. Police can act immediately against agents.
