Buyer not making emi payments for car as promised by him

i have sold my vehicle through olx for an amount of 5.8lakhs by taking an advance of 30k.And the buyer agree to close the loan on july 5th 2015 .But still today he only paying the emi which is not on due date and not closing the loan.When i call him is not picking the call also .now i want my vehicle back for that he is telling i need to pay him the amount which he as paid as emi as well as the advance amount which he has paid to me .So i need a help to get the vehicle back which he is using it since april 2015 .he also driven it more than 30000km.And till today he didnt pay the insurance too

If you know this guy is not going to pay you back there are 2 option for you, first go to the police station and lodge a police compliant about the facts of the case and in the complaint say that he has cheated you and has committed breach of trust which is a criminal offence things should work out for you. Second situation is go meet that person and say that rental per day is applicable for the use of the car and charge that and the balance if any pay it and get back the car.
