Broker not refunding the amount of flat

I have booked a flat in gurgaon b through a Chennai partner of builder he committed discount as,cash back but now he us not giving the amount

Dear sir we can most definitely help you. You have multiple options to recover your money. You can start by filing an FIR are against the broker. Thereafter you can initiate fraud proceedings against the broker. If you don't wish to pursue criminal court , you can most definitely file file a civil suit for recovery of money. We can assist you in both civil as well as criminal proceedings.
