Borrower stop paying EMI what is the procedure to recover money?

I given money to a person by registered mortgage and in mortgage document section 69 and 69a is mentioned now the borrower is not paying emi from past 3months what is the procedure to recover money
You will have to send a notice thereby requesting him to pay the money. If they fail to pay the money, then based on the terms and condition agreed on the deed, you can enforce the same and seek your recovery
