how can i legally recover my money that i have given to my friend whos not answering my calls and not repaying my amount
you can file a money recovery suit ( FN this you should be having record of you having lent money to him. Secondly the loan must be within 3 years time: you should also be knowing his address, for a civil recovery you need to pay court deposit also
