Betrayed by a friend: ₹1,05,000 unpaid for over a year — what to do?

A year ago, I helped a friend whose bank account was blocked. I paid his daily expenses and even bought him a Samsung Galaxy Flip (₹80,000) on my credit card, which he promised to repay. He also borrowed ₹15,000 and ₹5,000 in cash. Out of ₹1,15,000, he returned only ₹10,000. For a year, he’s dodged repayment with excuses and false promises. I’m now in a financial crisis, and his betrayal leaves me no option but to take strict legal action.

Hello sir/ madam, Kindly give further information about your query : 1. Do you have any written communication regarding loan and payment of daily expenses - Watsapp messages etc . 2. When did your friend return 10000 to you ?
