Please remove lien in my bank account and debit unfreeze my account bank received notice from bihar and his actions to hold my money

send formal email from your registered id to the relevant police station where a cyber complaint has been filed against you (details shall be in the bank email, regarding account freeze intimation). Alternatively, you can also call the said police station on the provided contact number, and ask for resolution
