Bank has issued Notice of Auction of House for non payment of loan

my mother took loan from ICICI of Rs10 lac in 2002 at interest rate 10%. mother passed away. last years sept-oct the loan gets over.. were up to date to pay EMI. now all of a sudden Bank comes and asks us to pay the EMI for 24 months or full payment within 60 days.. they have also sent a notice for Auction if payment not done. what can we do now
You need to go to the bank with all the documents clear the doubts the bank has. Showing them the documents which shows that all the EMI's have been paid should solve the problem. Till then you can file a suit of stay order in the court if the bank is trying for the Auction of the property.
