Bank debit my money from my savings account without informing me

04-Jun-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I have taken personal loan from A bank and supposed to pay EMI through my B account from where it deducts automatically But due to some reasons my B bank account is freeze and I cannot unfreeze it until I pay the required amount to B bank I decided to pay the EMI of A bank through upi or link. But they have charged money for not paying through my B account and they suddenly debited money from my A bank savings without informing me throughout any electronic media .Can they take such action?

Yes you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write about their mistake and to stop deductions without informing you. They are duty bound to inform you about such transactions in future as well. You need to warn them to either stop all these harassments or face legal action which will be at your own risk. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
