I have received a notice of arbitration. The first meeting is scheduled to take place online.I had taken a personal loan of Rs 251000 from Bajaj and it was running for 2 years now 3 installments have bounced.Out of which the bank has paid 2 installments Because he doesn't want to do bank settlement and NPA. I have a private job and with such a low salary I cannot afford to pay the EMI.tell me what can I do in this condition

Give representation before the authority to cancel or suspend the transfer order. If the representation is not decided by the authorities, then move to the High Court for a stay on the transfer order until delivery. Best Regards, Rashmik Arya Adv
