Amount Recovery from my friend

My friend use my mother credit card of 180000 but he didn't pay the amount from Jan 2023 to upto this month. But in middle I paid some amount to avoid recovery agent visits to my house. It really become severe headache to me. Till now the amount becomes 3.5 lakh in credit card. I took the loan to pay the money in middle. He didn't respond to me he always said I will pay but he didn't pay single rupee. What legal action should I take? Is it possible to recover the money in one month?

You should have some basic proofs like promissory note or repayment agreement or cheque, speak with your friend softly and try to take any one of the above, if the above thing is there, you can get the whole amount along with interest. case will be very weak, if we don't have material proofs
