Amount Recovery from my friend

My friend use my mother credit card of 180000 but he didn't pay the amount from Jan 2023 to upto this month. But in middle I paid some amount to avoid recovery agent visits to my house. It really become severe headache to me. Till now the amount becomes 3.5 lakh in credit card. I took the loan to pay the money in middle. He didn't respond to me he always said I will pay but he didn't pay single rupee. What legal action should I take? Is it possible to recover the money in one month?

If your friend fails to repay after negotiation, the next step is to send a legal notice to your friend to demanding repayment of the full amount within 15 days . Immediately Consult a lawyer to send a legal notice to your friend . He does not pay the amount immediately file a suit for recovery of money in Civil Court . You can also file a criminal complaint for cheating on your friend .
