Amazon pay later repayment not done by me because product was defected

I brought a product from Amazon at 2999/ using Amazon pay later, but product was defected and tried to return twice, but not picked up by the agent. So product remained in my side, and I couldn't repay amount as I was not satisfied with the product and tried to return twice. I got notice of due amount ₹7000/ which was twice of the product amount, from lending partner of Amazon pay later i.e, Axio (capfloat financial services pvt Ltd). So now they have filed a case against me in SEBI. Help me
You file a case in consumer court for deficiency in service and seek compensation of 5 lakhs. Also represent your matter in the where Amazon has filed. make sure you have all the proofs and you draft your case very well.
