Aggreement break without intimation and product refund not given

Sir the company has provided a product of costing Rs 33000 with agreement to provide warranty of product and it will be utilised for the work of company but company has terminated the agreement without any reason in writing and refund of goods is also not given, kindly what further is to be done. Case is happened duration 1 month

Send the company a legal notice demanding a refund of Rs 33,000 with interest within 15 days. If it doesn't pay, file a Consumer Commission complaint or a civil recovery suit for breach of contract. Keep the agreement and payment proofs.

If the agreement fulfils all the required elements and the company has terminated it against the terms and conditions decided in the agreement; you could issue a notice and thereafter choose to recover the amount in dispute through different means and manners, subject to applicable jurisdiction.
