Asked for kyc for tranr of account anather branch, changed my name without asking me, My detais not changed,26 yrs,padsbook shoes clear ly

give them a legal notice for the name change and rectification of the changes you want to be done in your case let them know that the changes you want has done you a lot of damage, if you have documentary proof that you can easily get common reason of our own one lakhs to 2 lakhs in the consumer forum, if you want your name change back again to normal just give a letter to manager it will be done or you can simply email it to them
