AC is not working due to faulty cooling coil and complain is open

AC is in extended warranty but service provider is unable to repair due to spare part unavailability. As per T&C they should pay 70% refund but they are delaying.

You can serve them a legal notice if they are continuously ignoring you and if it is written in the terms & conditions then they are duty bound to pay for the same. And if you want to go legal then a suit can also be instituted against the culprits. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi, Going by the limited information provided by you. It is better to schedule a meeting and understand your situation a bit better. We can move to civil remedy but it all depends when I understand your difficulty. We can send a legal notice stating the facts and asking for refund and if they dont follow we can file a Consumer complaint aaking for refund and damages.
