Ac debited without my knowledge. Again same happened. What to do?

In September.14 my HDFC Card ac has been debited for Rs.6999.00 after a verification of My card No and date of birth.On pretest it was reversed but again in Dec.14 it was again charged. The Bank is giving pressure to pay with interest. How can I get rid of the payment when I have not received anything. Please advise.
