A person took money from father and cheating him how to recover money

A person for business purpose taken loan from my father and he cheated by a huge amount my father also have taken loan from others for business and they are asking for the amount he has not given any bills just mention in a dairy that this amount has to come from so many parties and now i thing he is cheating us.Please tell me how i can recover my father amount to repay the loan.we didn't earn anything my father health also spoiled because of this problem he was been hospitalised last week and going under treatment
