A person took 80,000 rupees for teaching Physics, Chemistry and Maths to my son and he taught for 3 weeks after which he absconded and has stopped answering to our calls and has blocked us on all platforms and is not returning the money

Was that person hired through any platform? or was a personal tutor? Do you know his residence? If yes you can send him a legal notice calling him to return the money as he didn't discharge his contractual duty.
