A lawyer found through free legal website cheated

A lawyer cheated after making me pay a very high price for some legal assistance. The lawyer was found online, on a web site offering free legal services to the public. The lawyer forced his legal assistance, forced us pay for him some associated service which was never asked and all together made us pay 3 times the normal fees. After the fee is paid, the lawyer vanished. He does not respond to emails & phone calls. What can be done to recover my money?
If they are not listening to you then you can send them a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the Bar Council of Delhi. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
