A guy whom I had worked has taken 20000 amount as emergency and haven't returned it since one year and when I asked he is saying and today , tomorrow and now he is not even lifting my calls and messages and i have over 200 messages conversation that he will give money ,now he is not responding,how can I recover that money

The claims in which the plaintiff tries to recover money that has been paid to the defendant. Such claims must be supported by evidence of a written agreement or legal provision. A Suit for recovery of money is a civil relief and acts as an effective remedy to recover money from the delinquent. The suit can be filed under Order IV of the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (CPC)
