Younger brother and sister ask share in elder brother property.

26-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
In 1980 a 22year old man Me AB on his own hard worked money brought a property and build home, while legalizing he added his 4 younger brothers(kids at that time) and mother name in property share. Now those 4 brothers and 2 sisters claim property share. Want to know is there any law, if that man Mr AB(actual property buyer) now doesn't wish to give property share to anyone whose names are in papers?

Yes it is self acquired property no need to give share. There is no any problem with the share. As a safe side just take declaration AB property for his own it’s better to shape absolute owner of the entire property . More details contact me thank you .

hi,
if its mentioned clearly all members in the sale deed as a buyer than AB should get the confirmation deed executed from other members who's name in the deed as a owners to enjoy full right over his property
