Wrongful allotment of parking space in residential apartment?

We had booked a flat at Samriddhi Gardens (Sunshine Builders- Sabari Group), in year 2009. At that point of time we had booked one parking slot for 4 wheeler as it was told that one parking is compulsory. Further in 2013 we felt a need for a extra parking slot for future so booked second parking slot. Now our society is formed and oc is obtained and builder started giving parking lots to flat owners ( on the basis of lottery system) and not on our choices . He gave 2 parking slots in a single deep row surrounded by pillers on 3 sides . Now the issue is if two cars are parked and the one which is inside is to be moved for a drive the other car has to be moved which would be behind the car. He has just accomodated 2 cards in what so called could have been just 1 slot . What can be done now and how can I get 2 seperate and proper parking slots.
