wrong mutation 7/12 take property

Our property are my father authority but when father died 1978 my eldest brother transfer this property as leader joint family me and other 2 brother are the sub author y noted of this property but my eldest brother expect me and other 2 brother transfer the property uncle of wrong mutation with 7/12
as far as the question of mutation entry is concerned if it is wrongly taken and sanctioned without consent of you and other brothers, you can file an appeal before Sub Divisional Magistrate under Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. And you have to file suit for cancellation of sale deed executed by your elder brother.
