Writ against registar to cancel sale deed

Sir,if a person has been declared as a land grabber and has lost tile to a property in a LGC and further the respondant got a stay on the LGC judgement in the high court ,still pending
Now any sale deed done by the responding party can it be challenged as being void in a writ against the registrar
