Writ against registar to cancel sale deed

Sir,if a person has been declared as a land grabber and has lost tile to a property in a LGC and further the respondant got a stay on the LGC judgement in the high court ,still pending Now any sale deed done by the responding party can it be challenged as being void in a writ against the registrar

h you need to file a petition in the high court if the said case is pending that not to alienate the subject property or not to create any third party rights over the property and file suit for cancellation of sale deed if any made
