Without my signature my husband should not sell his property

I want to know what r the ways to stop my husband from selling his self acquired property without wife consent.The property is registered in his name...so in future he might sell or transfer to someone..so how to avoid this legally

file a domestic violence case in that state that this is the only property for your future life and the husband is likely to sell it and obtain a prohibited order from the court. so this is the option which you can exercise to prohibit him from selling the said property.

pls consult and discuss, because all the property in the name of your husband, and if you have any wedlock issues, then u can file a suit and stop selling property .

or else you can file DV case and seized property

If it's his self acquired property and has his name as the title holder then you have very little to do to stop him from alienating his property.
To sell, transfer, mortgage, gift etc are his rights to do with his property.
