HiI have filed a partition suit a couple of years ago. Recently I found a buyernwho is willing to buy my share of the property. Can I withdraw the case now or do I havento wait for the next hearing date in 2023Regards,nP. Sarkar

yes. u can withdraw ur suit. first u tell me that ur single filed the petition or not. if yes then u kindly appear before the court or if ur jointly filed the petition then both are come before the court. bring all the papers and kindly contact with me for further procedure.
