Hello,
As the property being self acquired of your father, your uncle has no right as you and your mother are the heirs and legal representative of your father and his property. For more details contact us.

It doesn't matter who makes the payment of any bill. Whose name is on the property card will be considered by Court. Your uncle will have his claim in that property. But you can give some amount and transfer entire share in your name.
