my husband filed divorce n i agreed for mutual divorce n they r going to fixed deposit 4 lacs for my son n 3 lacs to me.. in future wil my son have the right in his father's property or not?
Yes. Your son will have rights on his father's self acquired property and ancestral property. These rights will not be lost because of your divorce. Even now, your son can claim partition of properties througb his next friend/ guardian (mother).
