Will registration after testator death

Is it possible to register will after death of testator if notarized affidavit is provided from one of witnesses? Bringing witness to sub registrar not possible as they are now overseas.

Unfortunately the law relating to wills doesn't work like that. The only option left with you is to file a petition in the civil court of your concerned jurisdiction seeking letters of administration in the name of the beneficiary. For detailed assistance, you may consider consulting me.

In such circumstance, will after death is not possible both the witness needs to be present. Plus will after death is not registered in normal circumstances. Documents have to be seen and consider the sitaution
