will done by grandmother on my fathers name

My grandmother was having a property in pune cantonment area from her Mother (mausi) And she have 6 children For which she had made a will on my father name and it was a last will she had made and she Died in year 1999 but we had not submitted the will copy to the cantonment,but in 2011 My uncle and aunties had put name in the said property and in that my father name is also there But know I want to submit the will copy which my grandmother had done so my question is can I submit the will copy and delete name of my uncle and aunties in the said property.
