Will challenge of my husband it is self ownedd property. I

My husband made a will in the name of his elder brother after me and my daughter raised voice against his extra marital affair and mental harassment.
As long as he is alive you cannot legally question the will that he has made. Also he cannot write a will in respect of any of his ancestral property except to the extent of his share in that. will have rights of maintenance over his self acquired property also.
