Wife purchased plot in her name by fraud what can I do

I verbally instructed my wife to purchase a plot of land. I transferred the funds to my bank account which is in my name only but my wife has mandate to operate. My wife has has never worked. My wife withddrew the money and purchase the plot on the same day. I never checked the documents as my wife has done similar plot purchases in my name before. We have recently separated and I just found out the plot is in my wife's name. What actions can I take if any to get back this property.? What are the chances of success ?
In law if a person has purchased the plot in his own name by fraud by putting the money or withdrawing the money then in such case you shall have the right to approach an advocate for instituting a case against your wife for the recovery of possession of the plot. But since you both have separated then you shall file a case for divorce as well. The aadvocate then will send a notice for fraud and then further criminal proceedings will proceed. The chances of success shall depend upon facts and circumstances of the case
