Wife having affair with brother in law wants to file for divorce

Hello I am a Hindu Male and recently married in November 2017 . Relationship between me and my wife was not good after very 3-4 day of marriage due to his doubtful behaviour and now its proved in front of both family members that she is having physical relation with brother in law. As i feel they will file a false dowry case on me very soon. so in that case how can i save my property.I owned a flat (Bank Loan is running on it)& a shop. Please suggest a cheap and effective way of transferring the property I own to my mother's name, so that even in case of a divorce, my wife wont get anything. Is such a thing even possible? Are there any other suggestions?

You have mentioned two things, one her doubting behavior and second her adulterous relationship with her brother in law. If you have substantial proof of the same, your wife would get nothing. Wife living in adultery does not get any share from husband's property or not get any kind of maintenance. However, proving adultery itself is challenging task.
