Wife has rights over my fathers property?

17-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
I would like to know the following things. 1.In case of a divorce, can my wife put her claims on my fathers property or put a stay on it? 2.If my fathers property is re-registered to my dads friend or my brother who is a complete stranger to my wife, can she claim her rights over any of the aforementioned property? 3.Will it be helpful in court if we list out her assets and prove that she is far well off than us in case of alimony?

No, your wife cannot claim property owned by your father. Any self acquired property of your father will be his for his life time. Alimony can be given only out of property owned by you. Alimony cannot be given out of property other than yours.
