Wife deserted me,how to transfer house purchased in her name

I am a Hindu,male aged 53.I have filed a divorce petition in a Family court in Bangalore.I bought one land in Bangalore on my wife's name by paying cheque.The money was obtained entirely by my income which I earned when I worked in USA.For another property also I had paid almost 75 to 80% of the land cost.The final payment is due and it has to be registered. 1.Can I get back the properties through court since when I purchased I thought she will live with me.But she deserted me. 2.Is there any lawyer who will take case and pay himself all the court fees and other charges with NO lawyer fees.I will pay a HUGE amount ONLY if he wins the case.Else I will owe NOTHING to him.The properties are 1500 sqfeet land which is registered on my wife's name and another2400 sqfeet final instalments is pending.

You can get back all these, You need to prove that yOu have funded all these investments, though they are all registered in the name of your wife. We need documentary proof and some witnesses also. I can take up your case.
