Widow property issues After the death of his husband.

This question is related to my aunt. As she was married with this persom name dilip and this marriage with my aunt was his second marriage as the first wife died IN year 2000. After that dilip was married to my aunt. As dilip already had his daughter from his first wife, the daughter is grownup and married before my aunt was married with dilip. After four years of marriage of dilip with my aunt dilip died. Dilip in this four years continuously forced my aunt to work day and night for his convince (to make food whenever he said so, was not polite to my aunt, didn't allowd my aunt to visit her parent's house) but still my aunt lived with him for the sake of the marriage without uttering a word. After dilip died my aunt came to know that all the property was in the name of his daughter and not even a single penny was kept for my aunt. As daughter was sharp minded, the day after dilip died his daughter took all the share certificates, gold jewellery with her forcefully. Plz adive me.
