Whose name should i write in the rental agreement

We are giving our house out for rent for an amount of 10000 per month. The tenant, Karunakaran, works as a security guard in a firm. The rent will be paid by his eldest son who is in bangalore. We have, however, put Karunakaran's name in the rental agreement. Will any complications arise from this?
Mentioned Any one of his family member's name is not a problem.. It is not mantatory to mention in the rental agreement who is paid the rental amount.. So you can mention either karunakaran or his eldest son
