Who will issue NOC/property transfer if Society committee is dissolved

Currently I have paid 1 lac token to the seller to get the property documents.
After a couple of days we get to know that the society committee has been challenged & there is not authorized signatory to get house transfer paper / NOC from society.
The previous secretary in good faith mentioned that she will get it done (but not giving in writing) So basically i dont have the timeframe from the society how / when will they do it after Registration.
I am sure till the NOC / transfer is not done from society i wont be able to give my new house on rent nor i will be the legal owner..
Please suggest
In that case adminstrator must have been appointed by the government. You may approach the adminstrator citing your aforesaid difficulties. He will definitely help you. You can also call upon the seller to render his assistance to you.
