Venerated Sir,
As per the Law of India after the sad demises of your Uncle i.e. Sri Sanjeev Kumar wife and son have one part share over the property of grand father, hence your mother and son viz. Sri Vikash Kumar enjoy one portion from the property of grandfather. You are the second trees of same mother then you have also right to hold one portion share equally thereon. All the property will divide among all share holders because as per the Succession Act daughter have also right in the ancestral property. Kindly meet me through lawrato so that I can assist you better in manner..

The property left by your grandfather shall be inherited by your grandmother, your brother Vikas, your father and your two aunties (bua). And all the five shall get equal share in the property in question.

Since your grandfather has left no WILL so the legacy left shall be enjoyed by all the sons of the grandfater /or great sons and daughters.
